Clenbuterol hydrochloride is produced predominantly in the form of tablets or syrup. It is approved for human use as a medicine, but it is banned for use by athletes as doping. Due to its medical purpose, the substance is still distributed in pharmacies, but it is only available on prescription.

Characteristic of clenbuterol is not related to steroid hormones, but belongs to the group of adrenomimetics, which exert a physiological effect due to the excitation of b2-adrenoreceptors. Interacting with b2-adrenergic receptors in muscle and fatty tissues, the central nervous system and the presynaptic membrane, maple, respectively, enhances the metabolism and increases heat production, triggering the breakdown of fats and stopping their deposition, and stimulates the secretion of natural fat burners – thyroxine, triiodothyronine, Adrenaline and norepinephrine. Thus, it is characterized by a powerful fat burning effect.

Adverse events

Painful sensations and tremors in the joints are especially pronounced in the first 3 days of admission, then they gradually fade. Sweating, insomnia, anxiety, heart palpitations, diarrhea and nausea are also observed. All these effects disappear after 8-10 days after the start of the drug, despite continued use of the drug.
