The main active substance of the pharma is nandrolone decanoate, which belongs to classical steroids. The substance is a derivative of testosterone with increased anabolic activity and decreased androgenic activity.

In the section of the structure, the steroid differs from testosterone in that there is no carbon atom at position 19. This makes it similar to progestins and decreases the androgenic effect, but reacts with progesterone receptors. Testosterone gradually turns into estrogens, which does not happen with nandrolone decanoate. Anabolic activity is 150% of testosterone, and androgenic activity is 30%. It is minimally susceptible to aromatization and has almost no effect on the liver. The half-life is about 7 days.
