The active substance nandroboline is nandrolone decanoate. This is a modified testosterone molecule. Only in contrast to testosterone, nandrolone does not have a carbon chain at position 19. Thanks to this modification, it was possible to achieve a minimal androgenic effect – 30 percent of testosterone. The steroid is progestin-like in nature. The only serious disadvantage of this drug is that it is very noticeable for doping.
